If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 30 days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Go to: www.shopluxebaby.com/orders.php and locate your order number and review the order.
- Verify that the contact information is correct, check if the item is to be returned or replaced and be sure to include a reason for the return or exchange.
After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward on via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. If you were not logged into your account when the order was placed, you will need to contact us by email at luxebabyemail@gmail.com . Have your order number handy and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange.
Please do not return items to our Los Angeles address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our vendors. Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on several of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs.
