SALES
All signed orders placed at shows, via fax, telephone or through our sales Representative will be binding. All Luxe Baby products are made to order therefore, no cancellations or refunds are given. Changes will be accepted within 5 days of your order
and at Luxe Baby discretion.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Specialty items and custom made orders require a 50% deposit.
No cancellations are accepted on these orders.

BACKORDERS
All backorders are clearly noted on your invoice and remain in our system as an open order. Unless notified by a written cancellation. Please let us know on your original order if you accept backorders.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be done in writing and must be within
10 days of order placement.  Cancel dates on original order
must be specified.

PAYMENT
All payments not process due to cc discrepancies will cause delays.  A sign authorization form is required before processing  your order  and it will be process at shipping. and or pre-approved 7 days before.

FREIGHT
Our standard method of shipping is via ground. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on unclaimed or refused packages. No drop ship service available at this time.  COD charges fees are $12.00 and are subject to change without notice.

RE-STOCKING FEE
All orders are shipped UPS.  After your order ships, you are responsible to make sure your order is accepted. Any “refused” and RETURNED orders will incur a “re-stocking fee”.  This fee will include any outbound and inbound shipping costs involved, not limited to freight, plus a stock fee, which will be invoiced to you and due immediately1
